The Role

You will function the technical lead for embedded systems through the whole product life cycle, from inception and roadmap through design and into mass-production support. Design and implement robust digital designs for various embedded devices. Perform board bring-up, testing and troubleshooting.

Contribute to the IoT firmware architecture by writing, debugging, and delivering production grade firmware. Conceive, document, and execute comprehensive design validation tests on new designs. As a member of our team you’ll partner with vendors to deliver new components to the specified specification and schedule.

Function as a topic matter member on a spread of technologies by providing up-to-date, accurate information to colleagues and management. you’ll visit the supplier and contract manufacturer sites world-wide to partner and collaborate on development activities (10% – 20% travel).

Basic Qualifications

Four-year college education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science 6+ years’ involvement with the purchaser or mechanical gadgets industry as an inserted frameworks configuration engineer.
Active involvement in framework improvement and item incorporation, just as equipment/programming co-reenactment and pre-silicon approval.
Active involvement in present-day advanced camera advances, picture sensors, and ISP pipelines.
Acquainted with picture designs, video codecs, and shading spaces.

Involvement with inserted C, C++, or Java programming Familiar with test gear and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree in Engineering. Involvement with Java and Python programming in a GNU/Linux improvement climate.
