  1. Robert Bosch is the world’s largest supplier of Automotive Components.
  2. Headquartered in Gerlingen, near Stuttgart, Germany.
  3. Core operating areas are spread across four business sectors; mobility solutions, consumer goods, industrial technology, and energy and building technology.
  4. It also manufactures industrial Products such as Drives and Controls in addition to building products like Power tools, Security systems, etc.

Interview Rounds

There are 3 rounds in the recruitment process.

  1. Online Test
  2. Technical Round
  3. HR Round

Eligibility Criteria

  1. 70% and above in 10th.
  2. 70% and above in 12th/Diploma.
  3. B.E. CGPA of 7.00 & above.
  4. No current backlogs.

Online Test

Quantitative Aptitude:

Solve aptitude previous years sheets thoroughly and for challenging problems visit indiabix.com, GeeksforGeeks, cs electrical & electronics, and olive board.

Important topics are

  1. Profit Loss
  2. Number series
  3. Percentages
  4. Simple Interest
  5. Permutation
  6. Time speed and Distance
  7. Number systems
  8. Time and work

Technical Questions:

The technical questions are from Digital electronics, Analog electronics, C programming, C++, 8051 microcontrollers, Circuit Analysis, Machines, Power Electronics.

  1. Control system: RH Criterion, Stability of system (Techniques), Under damped overdamped conditions.
  2. Digital Electronics: Predicting output of given logic gate (3 questions), multiplexers, Johnson counter unused states.
  3. 8051: Interrupts and their priorities, no of timers, features of 8051 family, and other basics.
  4. Analog Electronics: Basics, temperature coefficient of semiconductor, calculating current or voltage for a given circuit, cmos.
  5. C: Predict the output of given snippets.

After clearing the online test, you will be eligible for the technical round.

01. Tell me about yourself.

02. Tell me about your Projects.

03. What is the difference between Latch and Flip flop?

04. What is the difference between Structure and Union?

05. Draw SR Latch.

06. JK Flip flop using SR Flip flop.

07. D Flip flop using SR Flip flop.

08. Realize XOR using NAND Gates.

09. Realize XOR using AND Gates (Not Possible is the Answer).

10. What is Transformer?

11. What is Eddy current Loss and where does it occur?

12. What is Hysteresis Loss?

13. What is TMOD Register?

14. Differentiate between Harvard and Von-Neuman architecture.

15. Characteristics of Ideal and Practical diode.

16. From 1 to 10, rate your skills in programming c,10 being a perfect understanding,(I said 8, was asked questions accordingly)

17. Difference between level triggered and edge-triggered.

18. What is the Principle of Transformer?

19. What is Race around condition?

20. How to overcome Race around conditions?

21. Binary to decimal, Decimal to Binary, and HEX conversion for the given example.

22. C program to print even or odd number

23. Explain your projects using block diagram and algorithm, your contribution in the project, be sure and honest about what you say about contribution because the rest of the questions will be on that part. Why this component, why this solution etc type questions and application of your project.

24. If you say any XYZ subject is your favorite, then be well versed with the basics and the rest of the contents of that subject

25. Try to cover basic concepts of all your branch subjects.
