Elite National Talent Hunt 2021 (NTH) is a fresher’s hiring initiative to bring the best of 2021 engineering expertise across the country. The purpose of this action is to allow an equal chance for work to the various worthy talent from Computer Science Branch, Information Technology Branch & Circuital Engineering streams in India. Registration Deadline: 06^th October 2021

	Key Features & Eligibility criteria
Eligibility	10th Standard – minimum 60% 12th Standard – minimum 60% Graduation 65% or 6.5 CGPA OR Equivalent as per their University Guidelines
Year of Passing	2021 ONLY
Qualification	BE/ B. Tech (Compulsory Degree)/5 Years Integrated M. Tech Branch of Study- All Streams permitted except the streams from Textile, Fashion, Food, and Agriculture. No MBA
Selection Process	Each eligible candidate must go by the below online assessment, below features appended for your reference Online Assessment (128 minutes) comprising of 3 sections: Aptitude Test – Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English (verbal) Ability. Duration: 48 mins Written Communication Test – Essay writing. Duration: 20 mins Online Programming Test – Two programs for coding. Duration: 60 mins Candidates can take any one of the programming languages for the coding tests: Java, C, C++, or Python. It is solely the duty of Wipro to permit/limit the support of each candidate in the Elite National Talent Hunt 2021 recruitment process. After clearing the online tests, candidates will have to go by a Technical Interview and HR Interview.
Compensation	INR 3.5 Lakh
Service Agreement	The contract period is 12 months from the joining date. The candidate will be responsible to pay a sum of 75000 INR on a pro-rata basis if leaves the company before 1 year for breaching the service agreement.
Other Criteria	01. A maximum of 3 years of education gap, if any, is provided between 10th Standard and Graduation. 02. Should be from a Full-time Degree course approved by the Central/State Government of India. 03. No Part time or Communications or Distance learning education in either 10th or 12th or Degree. 04. No backlogs / Standing arrears provided. 05. Candidates who have engaged in any selection method held by Wipro in the last six months are not eligible. 06. Should be an Indian Citizen or should carry a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country. 07. Bhutan and Nepal nationals require to submit their citizenship certificate.

All registrations received shall be checked for eligibility as per Wipro Guidelines.

Reservations Parameters and selection procedure belong solely to the discretion of Wipro. Wipro isn’t obligated to disclose any information at any stage of the choice process. Wipro also reserves the proper to form an initial offer if the provisionally selected candidate doesn’t meet certain conditions, which are a prerequisite for employment. Wipro also reserves the proper to be held susceptible to any candidate if he/she is found to be involved in any criminality, for example, misperception, fraud, production of illegal documents, etc.

Wipro will inform candidates about the results of the recruitment by individual e-mails or other means of communication provided by individual candidates.

Please note that at any stage, whether during your online test and/or interview process or upon joining the corporate, if it’s delivered to our notice that you simply have indulged in malpractices or used illegal means to clear your online assessment, the corporate shall withdraw or revoke the offer with immediate effect and that we reserve our rights to require suitable action against you as we may deem fit.
