Pro Account Purchases do not automatically enable your Dedicated IP or SSL. To enable your Dedicated IP please visit the Hosting tab and choose "Manage IPs" on the top right. To enable your SSL Certificate, visit the Addons tab and select the SSL Certificates box in the middle row.
