The size of the high-frequency transformer is small because it operates at high frequency, let me explain.
 
E = 4.44fNQm
 
B = Qm / A       A means area
 
E = 4.44fNBA
 
Therefore, f = 1 / A
 
The frequency is inversely proportional to the area. If the frequency increases the area will reduce.
